Crane Data has negotiated a discounted hotel Guest Room Rate of £329 per night inclusive of English Breakfast.  The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until August 14, 2024. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date.

The hotel does not provide any self-park or valet parking options. Parking is available in the surrounding areas.

Air Travel

For those attendees flying to London, there are two main options. 

• Heathrow Airport - Approximately 18 miles / 56 minutes 

• Gatwick Airport -  Approximately 28 miles / 1 hour and 10 minutes

 

Transfers from either airport to the Hilton.

The hotel does not offer shuttle service.

 

Taxies are available from either airport.

• From Heathrow to the Hilton the approximate cost is £70 

• From Gatwick to the Hilton the approximate cost is £85

Train options from the either airport.

Hilton Tower Bridge is located on the South side of the River Thames, a short walk from London Bridge Rail and Underground station.

• Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Express Train to Paddington, new Elizabeth Line to Paddington or Farringdon and then tube or Thameslink train to London Bridge. The Hilton is about a 2 mins walk or less from train station.   

• London Gatwick Airport

Thameslink train direct to the London Bridge.
